Crystal Water Softeners is an authorised Kinetico main dealer. We are an established family run business with many years experience in water systems and products.

Our overriding objectives are quality customer service and customer satisfaction. For this reason we only supply and install Kinetico Water Softeners, Drinking Water systems and products because they have proven to be the market leader in sales and quality for over 30 years. They offer a 7 year guarantee on their water softeners and are simply the 'best' water softening and filtration products available.

Crystal Water Softeners offer a free (no obligation) site survey, water hardness test and demonstration of our products. We offer free impartial, no nonsense advise and can be as flexible as is needed with appointments and installation. We keep it simple, honest and explain the products and advantages in plain English.

We offer a supply only or a supply and install service and all of our installations are undertaken by Kinetico trained installation engineers.
